On the run up to our event on the 24th June at The Snig (The Mersey View) Widnes, we will again be introducing you to the bands performing on the night.
First up, The Continental Phase a four piece band from Winsford, Cheshire whose influences mainly veer towards indie / brit pop with bands such as Stone Roses, Oasis, The Beatles and Luka State. They state they try to mix the sound of Liverpool with Manchester and with their influences and original sound they have been trying to branch out their gigs to Liverpool and Manchester as well as playing their hometown to spread the word about themselves and their sound.
They've recently been working on a single called Running Back and are hoping to release the same soon, which we plan on reviewing when it is released, and have been working tirelessly on perfecting a set-list to impress and wow any gig goers out there.
We are looking forward to their set as their influences are sound and from the reviews out there already they are set to impress with any new release or gig they have.
