Our countdown continues and we are pleased to announce that Indigo Violet, a four piece band from Widnes, Cheshire will be performing at our upcoming event. Their current line up has been together around three years and has been concentrating on improving and evolving their live performance by gigging locally. They are also proud to have supported the Clone Roses, the Bootleg Beatles at the O2 Academy, Liverpool and to have performed to a crowd of 5,000+ people at the Select Security Stadium during a Widnes Vikings game.
More recently they’ve been busy gigging locally and around the North West playing covers and incorporating some of their own tunes into their set list. They plan to record some of their own tracks in the near future and get the word out about the band by doing so.
Whilst there's not much to go on music-wise online, what we have heard/seen from the band seems to be promising, coupled with the song choices to cover (The Who, The Jam etc), I'm guessing the band have a great set planned for the night.
