Introducing Velvet Drift, a five piece outfit from Manchester, which has in recent months undergone band member changes introducing some new faces. In writing, Velvet Drift state their style is dreamy music.
News and updates on their social media is scarce, from their Soundcloud they have received a good reception with over 1500 plays on their recent uploaded track, Morning Light. The track in question, which you can listen to below, is a great number, with unique female vocals, great tempo and is "synth-tastic". A very well rounded and well produced track. The style ties in with their design of choice which can be seen on their social media, vibrant, full of colour and personality. It will be interesting to see if the band can bring this to the stage at the event. These may be the band to surprise the masses on the night. Keep an eye out for these.
