A fairly new band on the scene, but already they are set and intent on growing their fanbase nationwide. Since their conception at the end of 2016 they have been busy gigging and creating/fine tuning their music. Hollows came about, as with most bands, after other projects have been disbanded leaving them to find a band to join or create.
They have since been likened to The Killers and Joy Division and take their influences from the like of Catfish and the Bottlemen, White Lies and The Editors to name a few.
Hollows have recently released their first EP, Temporary. Their next single is due for release in September through End Of The Trail Records. Check it out below.
After hearing their latest release I can see why the bands music is having a good reception with bloggers and the audience alike. I am hearing a similarity to Suede, Placebo andMadsun, but there's a a stronger indie vibe with Hollows which rings true when hearing their well produced tracks. The vocals, unique on the music scene at the moment will definately turn heads along with the expertly played instruments. We at Softlad Promotions can't wait to hear them on the night.
